
Mat, TRX, and Xtend Barre classes may be taken with no prior instruction, however a minimum of three one-on-one sessions is required prior to participation in group apparatus classes.
Flex & Flow
Work with concentration and control to get the results you’re looking for! The MVe Chair paired with the Reformer in a 50/50 session will perfect your ability to work from your core as you challenge your periphery and gain new body awareness and definition. Learn to integrate your Pilates alignment into other techniques, athletic pursuits, practices and daily life.
Mat Class
Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method. Designed to strengthen abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor muscles as well as increase flexibility and range of motion, align your body and energize. Leave class feeling longer, leaner and stronger than when you began!
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is great if you like variety. This class is geared for those who are comfortable in the basic exercises, and have no physical limitations. Props such as the ball, band, circle, hand weights and a variety of Pilates equipment will be used to sculpt the body.
Power Hour
Power Hour is a high-energy class utilizing a variety of tools including Reformer, Jump Board, Chair, and Mat Pilates. Every week will be a new challenge with the instructor choosing from various apparatus and props to keep your mind focused and your body energized. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced participants looking to take their hard earned results to the next level. A minimum of three Private Sessions on both the Chair and the Reformer (with some Jump Board) are necessary to get the most out of this high-energy class. Instructor approval must be obtained prior to registration.
Reformer Class
Experience the sophisticated Reformer in a small group setting. Class emphasis is on rhythmic, flowing sets of movements which increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance and coordination. The result is a uniformly developed body with strong back and ab muscles.
TRX Sculpt & Condition
TRX® Suspension® training stands for total resistance exercise. Using one’s own body weight and gravity to develop strength, balance and flexibility. TRX® Suspension® Training is perfect for all fitness levels and goals, including building strength, flexibility, core stability and metabolic conditioning. TRX Sculpt & Condition is a virtual mix of mat Pilates, strength training and cardio all rolled into one workout. This class incorporates the principles of Pilates to maximize results. You will feel leaner, taller and stronger when you walk out of this intense 55 minute class leaving you wanting more. (Please note that sneakers are required for TRX classes.)
Xtend Barre
Get the style and grace of a dancer, and the body to go with it! This innovative workout combines the best of dance and Pilates, with a touch of sass. Using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, achieve firm and fast results. Please also see the full Xtend® page for more detailed information.

Cancelling a class you’ve reserved a spot in - You may cancel a pre-registration as long as it’s more than 24 hours from the class start time. You may cancel either by using the MINDBODY Scheduler™ or calling the studio at 813-374-8875.
Late cancellation or simply not showing up will forfeit a single class session.
